Total Cabinetmaking Service (TCS Sydney) uses the information you share to respond to your enquiry, prepare your project brief and discuss cabinetry services with you.
What we collect
When you enquire or use the planner, we collect your name, email, phone number, project suburb and postcode, project choices, notes, contact preferences and any photographs you choose to upload. Please only upload images you are entitled to share, and avoid including people, documents or other private details.
How we use it
We use your details to save your brief, create your report and concept, respond by email, SMS or phone, and arrange a consultation if you request one. Submitting a project is a request for follow-up about that project. Your details are not sold.
Services that help us deliver your project
Our website and project records use Vercel and Supabase. Enquiries and follow-up are managed in GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Selected design choices are sent to OpenAI to create an illustrative concept image; your name, contact details, free-text room notes and uploaded photographs are not included in that image request. Our implementation and support team at CMDR can access records when needed to operate or troubleshoot the service.
These providers may process information outside Australia. Access is limited to what is needed to deliver and support the service. Concept images are a starting point for discussion and do not replace a measured design or quote.
Reports and storage
Your online report uses a private access link. Anyone you share that link with may be able to view or download the report, including its project details. Keep the link private. We retain project records for customer follow-up, delivery and business recordkeeping, and review deletion requests individually.
Website measurements
The planner uses browser storage to remember your progress and a secure session cookie to protect your saved project. We count website actions such as planner starts, enquiries and consultation-link clicks to understand how the site is used. These activity counts do not include your contact details or report content. Sentry receives technical error information to help us fix website failures; we exclude form contents, private report links and session recordings. Technical security controls temporarily use hashed session and network identifiers to limit misuse.
If optional Google Analytics is enabled, we ask your permission before loading it. If you allow it, Google receives public-page visit and action measurements, along with browser and device information, and uses analytics cookies. We send fixed page names and broad action types, not your form answers, contact details, uploaded images or private project links. Analytics is excluded from private reports and project-brief pages. Google may process this information outside Australia. Use the Analytics preferences button to change your choice; declining does not prevent you from using the website or submitting a project.
Your choices and questions
